Pricing, Specifications and Availability
Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change
without notice. Due to the changing nature of the computer market, and because
of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, product
descriptions may not reflect current technical information, and we cannot be
responsible for photographic differences in product size, shape and color.
www.snugandtug.com orders generate an automatic confirmation e-mail, but the receipt
of a confirmation only means that we have received your order, and does not
constitute an offer to sell. We may change our pricing, product description or
specifications after any confirmation e-mail, but prior to shipment, due to
errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability,
typographical errors, or any other reason. We reserve the right to limit the
quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether.
We will notify you of any corrections or changes to your order, and will not
complete it until we have your approval. Published prices do not include
shipping, sales tax and insurance. We are required by law to collect sales tax
on all shipments to the state of Utah.

Paying by Credit Card
You may pay by Visa and MasterCard. We do not add any

Shipping & Handling
Orders are shipped from our home office in Alexandria, VA. Most orders are
shipped within 48 hours. Any orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be
shipped on Monday. When closed for normal holidays your order ships the
following business day. USPS is our preferred carrier, which offers the best
price, tracking and speedy delivery. US delivery rates are automatically
calculated based on your delivery location.

Return/Exchange Policy
Go Mama Go Designs return policy satisfaction is guaranteed for every
purchase. You may return any item for exchange or refund of merchandise price
within 30 days of receipt. You may return any new/unused item(s) in original
condition (including original packaging) for exchange or refund of merchandise
price within 60 days of receipt.
For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return
shipment. Include your packing slip and please let us know the reason for the
return and be sure to provide us with the information below. Shipping and
handling fees are not refundable on returns. If this information is not included
refund can take longer to receive.
